Our Delivery Policy

We're here to make stationery, office supplies & furniture buying easy. And that includes the most important part of the process; delivery.

Orders placed before 12pm will usually be delivered the next day. Please inform us if your order is required urgently to allow us to arrange delivery to suit your time frame.

Delivery Charges Office Products

For all Office Products including printer consumables, delivery is free within the Melbourne Metro area for all orders over $50 inc. GST. Orders below this amount will incur a minimum order fee of $5.90 inc. GST.  Please ask about deliveries outside this area, to confirm a delivery fee amount.

Delivery Charges – Furniture

Due to the bulky nature & weight of furniture, additional charges will apply. When furniture is ordered contact will be made to confirm delivery details including location, & time of access.

Details such as Ground floor, multi-story delivery, form of access, availability of clear space etc. are required to establish a rate & to book delivery times. In many cases 2 staff are required due to the weight of some items.

Assembly Charges – Furniture

We are pleased to offer a specialist assembly service for single or multiple items that need to be calculated on a case by case basis. Other services can be offered in terms of moving existing furniture if required, but need to be quoted on, on a case by case basis.

Urgent deliveries may incur a delivery charge but this will not exceed the fee charged by our couriers. Contact us for more information.
