Our Returns Policy

If you purchase a product that is faulty, damaged or not fit for its intended purpose, we can provide you with an exchange, credit or refund in accordance with the below terms.

Change of Mind Returns – 7 days

Customers may return goods to Rapid Office Choice to obtain a credit provided that:

-       The goods are returned within 7 days.

-       The goods must be returned in a resaleable condition including;

  • In original packaging
  • Unopened, unused and in its original condition.
  • The product is not one in which change of mind returns are not available (see below)

We cannot accept returns on the following items;

-       Special Buy-Ins

-       Food items (unless unknowingly supplied past their expiration date)

-       First Aid Items (unless unknowingly supplied past their expiration date)

-       Diaries and Planners

A restocking fee of $5.90 or 10% of the sale value, whichever is greater, will apply to all returns after seven days.
A restocking fee of 10% of the sale value will apply to any special buy-in items regardless date of purchase.

Warranty Returns

If you purchased something in the past that is no longer performing to its full extent, please let our team know as soon as possible.

We will have the goods collected at no charge and have them assessed for credit and resupply or refund.

Other Returns

While all care is taken to ensure deliveries arrive on time and with the correct goods, very occasionally, there may be errors.
Should you receive something in place of an item you ordered, please let us know and we will arrange a resupply of the original goods.

If you have received a delivery containing damaged or faulty goods, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify this as quickly as possible.
